Texport Overseas operated out of a cramped and outdated office space.
Low ceilings, narrow passages, and rigid partitions restricted light, movement, and overall comfort.
The primary challenge was to transform the space into a contemporary office that enhances productivity, well-being, and spatial openness within the existing footprint.
Design Strategy & Execution
The design approach focused on openness, biophilic elements, and spatial optimization.
Outdated layouts were removed to introduce flexibility, light, and visual continuity.
A lighter palette and open planning helped redefine the workspace experience.

The completed office feels open, modern, and inviting.
Enhanced ceiling height, natural light, and thoughtful planning create a more expansive and breathable workspace.
