Concept Note
Citadel PropCon required a contemporary corporate office within a compact footprint. The brief called for multiple functional zones, from leadership spaces to collaborative and support areas, without compromising openness, comfort, or clarity.
The primary challenge was to create an environment that feels spacious and composed, while reflecting a professional corporate identity.
Final Handover
The completed office presents a clean, modern workspace that feels open and well-organised. Despite spatial limitations, all functional requirements are seamlessly integrated.
Neutral tones, contemporary furniture, and thoughtful lighting come together to create an efficient, refined corporate environment designed for everyday use and long-term growth.
