The brief called for a smart, technology-driven office that balances aesthetics with functionality.
The challenge was to create a workspace that feels open and expansive while optimising energy use and spatial efficiency.
Design Strategy & Execution
The design approach focused on openness, strategic planning, and natural light.
Extensive design development through sketches, 3D models, and renderings helped visualise and refine the space before execution.
Structural glazing and views of the surrounding context were leveraged to enhance brightness and spatial perception.
